Job Summary:      Looking for a Customer Service Representative in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:               

  • Reply to customer enquiries in a timely and proper manner
  • Assist customers with accurate and complete information as and when required
  • Settle customer complaints over the telephone, email, social media platforms or in person
  • Assist in processing orders
  • Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with customers
  • Prepare daily or weekly sales reports
  • Create sustainable relationships of trust with customers

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Should be a graduate from a recognized institution
  • At least 1 or more years of experience in the same or similar position
  • Must be computer literate
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Must be able to multi task and work in a fast paced work environment
  • Should have a positive attitude, proactive and able to work well under pressure
  • Must be analytical with excellent problem solving skills
