Job Summary: Looking for a Customer Service Officer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Handle inbound calls from existing and prospective clients inquiring about the products and services offered by the company
- Manage the company social media platform queries from existing and prospective clients
- Handle customer relationship and retention
- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times through follow-ups and providing exceptional services
- Maintain customer records through updating their accounts and recording client information
- Settle product or service issues through clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the issues, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
- Escalate any major problem to the supervisor if necessary
- Delivers on daily standards and adhere to service as well as quality standards
- Perform any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a Degree in a business related course
- At least 1+ years of experience in the same or similar position required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite required
- Must be analytical and a good problem solver
- Must be presentable
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Ability to handle and resolve customer requests as well as queries in a proper way
- Must be a good communicator
- Asian or African candidates are required
