Job Summary:      Looking for a Customer Service Officer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Handle inbound calls from existing and prospective clients inquiring about the products and services offered by the company
  • Manage the company social media platform queries from existing and prospective clients
  • Handle customer relationship and retention
  • Ensure customer satisfaction at all times through follow-ups and providing exceptional services
  • Maintain customer records through updating their accounts and recording client information
  • Settle product or service issues through clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the issues, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
  • Escalate any major problem to the supervisor if necessary
  • Delivers on daily standards and adhere to service as well as quality standards
  • Perform any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Possess a Degree in a business related course
  • At least 1+ years of experience in the same or similar position required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite required
  • Must be analytical and a good problem solver
  • Must be presentable
  • Excellent customer service skills required
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer requests as well as queries in a proper way
  • Must be a good communicator
  • Asian or African candidates are required
