Job Summary:      Looking for Customer Service Executives in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Give excellent customer services in sales and after-sales situations
  • Respond to general customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
  • Respond to questions and assist customers with product feature information
  • Suggest potential products or services to management through collecting customer information and evaluating customer needs
  • Attend to all incoming calls
  • Generate product or service reports through collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Maintain a professional appearance, behavior as well as conduct at all times
  • Settle customer complaints over the phone, email, mail or social media
  • Offer accurate, valid and complete information to clients
  • Develop sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communications with clients
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and process customer accounts as well as file documents

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in any business related course
  • Proven experience in a customer service role
  • Should be able to close a sale on phone or online
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Must have a good attitude and able to handle all kinds of clients
  • Good computer application knowledge including a good typing speed
  • Must be organized and a good time manager
  • Must be a good time manager
