Job Summary:      Looking for a Customer Service Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • The suitable candidate must have a Degree/Diploma in a business related course
  • Should have more than 3 years of experience working in a facility management or maintenance company, real estate or similar business
  • Should be able to use CRM systems and practices
  • Excellent knowledge of customer care processes and techniques
  • Should be able to handle maintenance staff schedules
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be familiar with maintenance works i.e. Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry as well as Painting to guide client and staff as necessary
  • Expertise in the use of Microsoft Office Suites
  • Should have strong work ethics
  • Must be able to support technical as well as M&E staff in effective and technically appropriate project planning, strategy development as well as implementation against agreed work plans
  • Should have good knowledge in ERP
  • Ability to provide outstanding services to the customers
  • Ability to prepare quotations as well as contracts to clients for new projects, AMC and renewals
  • Excellent typing skills required
  • Must be willing to learn, apply and succeed
