Job Summary:      Looking for a Customer Service Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Respond to customer calls within defined time-limits
  • Resolve customer queries and ensure security and confidentiality of information
  • Respond to all customer correspondences over e-mail, telephone etc
  • Make sure customer service operations run smoothly and result in high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Generate regular customer service status reports and share with management
  • Perform any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Should be a graduate from a recognized institution
  • At least 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • Must be self-motivated to keep improving the way of work
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good computer skills required
  • Must be analytical with excellent problem solving skills
  • Must be confident at troubleshooting and investigating enough information to resolve customer complaints
  • Must be patient, empathetic and passionately communicative
