Job Summary:      Looking for Customer Service Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

 

Job Key Details

  • Make sure all customers are assisted as quickly as possible and in a more professional manner
  • Attend to customer queries and ensure all issues are solved
  • Handle the customer contact line
  • Create and preserve a caring relationship with the company customers and assist them with the required information
  • Provide outstanding customer services at all times
  • Generate the daily work schedule for the staff members
  • Attend to all incoming calls
  • Make sure customer complaints are appropriately settled
  • Preserve accurate customer records and organize the customer database
  • Obtain clear knowledge of the clients’ needs and provide the appropriate solutions

 

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in any business related course
  • At least one and above years of experience in the same role required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Should good telephone skills
  • Strong computer knowledge for example Ms Excel, Ms Word etc
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Should have good English skills, ability to speak Arabic will be an added advantage
  • Must have a good attitude able to interact well with the clients
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced environment under pressure
  • Should have good typing skills
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize work
