Job Summary:      Looking for a Customer Service Advisor in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Answer customer calls, emails as well as other messages
  • Handle queries from customers
  • Resolve complaints in a timely manner
  • Promote new sales
  • Receive calls from customers to assist them with service enquiries
  • Maintain high levels of quality in tone of responses, interest and empathy with customer
  • Ensure giving accurate answers to customers

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or any other Business-related course
  • Must have good communication skills with the ability to speak good English
  • Must be analytical and a good problem solver
  • Excellent customer service skills required
  • Asian ladies are preferred
