Job Summary:      Looking for a Construction Foreman in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Qualifications and Experience

• The applicant must have a background in Civil Engineering or any related course
• Proven experience as a construction foreman or similar role required
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques as well as best practices
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
• Good organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, construction documents as well as technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making aptitude to address construction-related challenges
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with various stakeholders
• Must be familiar with construction software and technology tools
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment as well as OSH guidelines
• Male candidates are required
