Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Connectivity Centre Agent to join our team at One&Only The Palm, Dubai. As the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, you will handle guest requests, coordinate services, and ensure seamless telephonic interactions. You will play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences by anticipating guest needs and delivering exceptional service at all times.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all internal and external calls in an efficient and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate and follow up on guest requests, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Serve as the central communication hub for the resort, managing all inquiries and routing calls to appropriate departments.
  • Assist guests with pre-arrival arrangements, ensuring all needs are met before their arrival.
  • Maintain accurate records of all guest interactions, requests, and follow-ups in the Opera system.
  • Provide personalized service to guests, aiming to exceed expectations with each interaction.
  • Assist with reservations and ensure that all booking details are accurate and complete.
  • Monitor and report any technical issues with communication systems to ensure smooth operations.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by collaborating with other departments and providing support as needed.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members and guests.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality setting.
  • Proven customer service background with strong attention to detail and a passion for guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including Opera and other reservation or communication software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage but not required.

 

Level of Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.

Work Hours:
Full-time, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required by the resort.

Experience in Months:
Minimum 12-24 months of relevant experience in a similar role within a five-star luxury environment.
