Job Summary:
We are seeking personable and proactive Guest Arrival Experts to ensure that every guest’s first and last impression of our hotel is memorable and enjoyable. In this role, you will oversee guest arrivals and departures, assist with requests, and provide personalized service to create a seamless experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
• Provide personalized recommendations and local area information to enhance guest stays.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Manage luggage handling and transportation requests.
• Ensure the lobby and reception areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Process operational tasks such as guest reports, billing, and reservation updates.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met.
• Assist in resolving guest complaints and escalating issues when necessary.
• Perform safety checks and ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines.
• Perform other reasonable duties as required by management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage professionally with guests.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Familiarity with safety, confidentiality, and company policies.
• No supervisory experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to lift and carry objects over 75 pounds with assistance.
