Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused Concierge to join our team at Atlantis, The Royal. As a key member of the guest experience team, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable, tailored experiences for our guests by anticipating their needs and delivering personalized services that exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with all inquiries, providing expert knowledge on hotel facilities, local attractions, and dining options.
• Design and curate personalized itineraries, tours, and experiences for guests, including arranging transportation and reservations.
• Manage pre- and post-stay guest correspondence, ensuring all needs are addressed efficiently and professionally.
• Collaborate with various departments (Food & Beverage, Spa, Recreation) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide recommendations and bookings for local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment based on guest preferences.
• Coordinate guest services such as luggage handling, special occasion arrangements, and VIP amenities.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly, providing appropriate solutions and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s attractions, events, and seasonal activities to offer accurate and bespoke recommendations.
• Monitor and manage guest feedback, escalating any major issues to management when necessary.
• Continuously train and mentor team members to enhance service standards and local expertise.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and the ability to speak additional languages (Russian, Arabic, Chinese, French, or German) preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• A natural passion for service, with a proactive and guest-focused approach.
• High-level knowledge of local attractions, dining options, and cultural experiences in Dubai.

Level of Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional qualifications in hospitality or tourism are a plus.

Work Hours:
Full-time, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, based on guest needs.

Experience in Months:
Minimum of 24 months in a concierge or guest services role in a luxury hospitality environment.
