Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Cocktail Server to join the team at Nobu, Atlantis The Palm. The role involves delivering outstanding service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, ensuring high standards in every aspect of beverage and customer service.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve beverages and cocktails with exceptional attention to detail and guest preferences.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the full beverage menu, including promotions and seasonal offerings.
  • Ensure consistent quality in the presentation and serving of all drinks and food items.
  • Provide support to the service team to maintain smooth operations during busy periods.
  • Proactively address guest concerns or issues, escalating major complaints to management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and lounge area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Assist in restocking beverages, supplies, and bar inventory as needed.
  • Build rapport with guests, providing personalized service and fostering repeat visits.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication between the bar and kitchen teams.
  • Uphold Atlantis brand standards in every aspect of service and guest interaction.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a cocktail server in a luxury or high-end restaurant or bar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation is a plus.

 

Level of Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Further training in hospitality or mixology is preferred.

Work Hours:
Full-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience in Months:
Minimum of 24 months in a similar role within an exclusive or luxury dining establishment.
