Propose and implement changes to maximize Revenue Analyze and supply data to the Director of Revenue to assist in the preparation of the annual plan and rate reviews

Job Summary: A Cluster Revenue Executive - F&B Focus analyses and presents financial data that will help the hotel to make well-informed decisions about potential new business and the market, in general.

As Cluster Revenue Executive - F&B Focus, the primary purpose is to drive F&B revenue across all revenue streams through strategic actions and data analysis. This is accomplished by managing and maintaining historical data, analysing trends by day of week and special events, tracking & providing insights on promotions & special offers, optimizing table management, monitoring and adjusting sales & pricing strategies, analyse demand factors, forecasting, competitive analysis and maintaining data integrity

 

Requirements:

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Demonstrated previous experience working in the Conference and Events function
  • Demonstrated previous experience supervising a team
  • Knowledge of the hotel property management systems

 

Responsibilities:
