Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Cluster Revenue Manager to lead revenue and pricing strategies for multiple properties within the IHG brand. This role focuses on maximising total revenue, driving data-driven decisions, and fostering a high-performing team to ensure financial objectives are met across all revenue-generating departments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of revenue management systems and a proven ability to lead change and implement innovative strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Maximise total revenue by fully utilising IHG’s systems and best practices, including Concerto, Opera, and BI tools.
- Generate actionable insights through predictive analytics, enabling proactive, data-driven decision-making.
- Lead change management initiatives across the cluster to implement innovative revenue strategies.
- Support Hotel Managers, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, and Revenue teams in developing revenue and pricing strategies to meet RevPAR, RGI, and total revenue objectives.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with high accuracy (+/- 3%) for revenue projections.
- Implement brand and regional pricing strategies, ensuring alignment with hotel objectives.
- Drive all revenue-related meetings and prepare performance analytics for decision-making.
- Provide analytical support for marketing campaigns to ensure return on investment.
- Conduct annual revenue audits and continuously improve processes to maximise revenue.
- Foster a collaborative environment, supporting team development and equal opportunities for growth.
- Recruit, onboard, develop, and lead the revenue team, ensuring performance reviews and coaching.
- Innovate and introduce new strategies to stay ahead of market trends and optimise revenue.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in Revenue Management, with at least 2 years in a multi-unit or regional role.
- Strong knowledge of IHG systems and revenue management tools is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex information simply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced knowledge of revenue management systems.
- Verbal and written fluency in English, with strong communication skills across all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, fostering collaboration across departments.
