Job Summary:      Looking for a Civil Foreman in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:  

• Interpret architectural, structural as well as civil drawings and sketches
• Oversee and train workers
• Prepare material as well as labor requisitions
• Develop schedules and monitor attendance of the team
• Assign general and daily responsibilities
• Oversee all project staff to ensure effective use of materials at the site and maintenance of high-end workmanship
• Manage tasks according to priorities as well as plans
• Maintain site order and cleanliness
• Make sure manpower and resources are adequate
• Ensure all safety precautions and quality standards are met
• Fix issues when they arise
• Prepare report on project progress
• Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• The applicant must have relevant Gulf experience
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Must be able to read and understand designs as well as specifications
• Must be familiar with various reporting software programs including Ms Word, Excel etc
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
