Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process, while providing exceptional service and personalized experiences.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and create memorable first impressions during check-in and throughout their stay.
  • Handle guest bookings, manage payments, and ensure the check-in/check-out process is smooth and efficient.
  • Recognize IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests, offering personalized service and assistance.
  • Anticipate guest needs by providing tailored recommendations and addressing inquiries or concerns.
  • Resolve billing issues, provide information on hotel services, and suggest local dining or activity options.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and ensure all transactions are processed properly.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to address guest concerns and compliments effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, turning challenges into positive experiences for guests.
  • Fluency in the local language; additional language skills are an advantage but not required.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, reading, writing, and math.
  • A guest-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
