Job Summary:      Looking for a Catering Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Manage catering processes and organize work plans
  • Prepare specifications for the purchasing of all goods required
  • Make sure health and safety regulations are strictly observed
  • Handle manpower planning as well as performance management of all catering staff members
  • Monitor the quality of products as well as services provided by the team
  • Develop and control the catering budget, ensure meeting set financial targets as well as forecasts
  • Assist in planning menus in consultation with chefs
  • Maintain strict Hygiene and sanitation practices
  • Follow up on procedures for audit and feedback of services

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • The applicant must have a background in Food Science or Food & Beverage
  • Practical experience in hospitality management required
  • Strong leadership and management skills required
  • Ability to communicate well at all times
