Job Summary:      Looking for a Call Centre Agent in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Offer support to customers as required
  • Respond to incoming calls in a timely manner
  • Create relationships with customers through applying an engaging, kind and helpful attitude
  • Offer excellent services to customers
  • Make use of the available opportunities to upsell products
  • Respond to questions from customers and ensure providing accurate information
  • Provide solutions to customer issues

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Should be a graduate with at least 1 or more years of call center or customer service experience
  • Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage all kinds of clients
  • Must be able to work in a flexible schedule
  • Good computer application knowledge
