Job Summary: Looking for a Call Centre Agent in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Offer support to customers as required
- Respond to incoming calls in a timely manner
- Create relationships with customers through applying an engaging, kind and helpful attitude
- Offer excellent services to customers
- Make use of the available opportunities to upsell products
- Respond to questions from customers and ensure providing accurate information
- Provide solutions to customer issues
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Should be a graduate with at least 1 or more years of call center or customer service experience
- Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage all kinds of clients
- Must be able to work in a flexible schedule
- Good computer application knowledge
