Job Summary:      Looking for a Call Center Agent in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • The suitable candidate must be a graduate from a recognized institution
  • At least 1+ years of experience working in a call center or in a related role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a positive attitude
  • Must have proven experience in tele sales or up selling through calls
  • Good computer application skills required
  • Must be familiar with call center technology
  • Exceptional listening skills required
  • Should have good knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Fluency in English is a must
