Job Summary:      Looking for a Call Center Agent in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Respond to incoming calls as well as emails
  • Reach out to clients through calling to present services
  • Maintain records of communication with prospective clients
  • Sell products as may be required
  • Give products well as service information to customers
  • Support marketing activities in the company
  • Determine and escalate issues to supervisors
  • Record all call information based on the standard operating procedures
  • Ensure proper handling of clients

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • The incumbent must be a graduate from a recognized institution
  • At least 1+ years of experience in the same or similar position
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Should be familiar with customer service practices as well as principles
  • Must be able to handle the stressful situation in a proper manner
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be computer literate with good data entry skills
