Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Butler to join our team at Atlantis, The Royal in Dubai. The Butler will be responsible for providing a seamless and personalized experience for our VIP guests, ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay. You will manage all aspects of guest services, including suite preparation, in-room check-ins, and coordination of guest preferences.
Responsibilities:
- Anticipate and collect guest preferences and needs before and during their stay.
- Prepare guest suites according to specific requirements prior to arrival, ensuring everything is in order.
- Greet guests at the Porte Cochere and provide a warm, personalized welcome.
- Escort guests directly to their suite, manage in-room check-ins, and handle luggage efficiently.
- Organize and prepare laundry and dry cleaning services as per guest preferences.
- Assist guests with planning and arranging their agenda, including reservations, activities, and other requests.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
- Provide personalized concierge services, including booking transportation, making restaurant reservations, and organizing special requests.
- Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Ensure the highest level of attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation in all guest areas.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any guest inquiries, requests, or complaints.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their stay and adjust services accordingly to enhance their experience.
- Handle VIP guest needs with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Butler in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and manage time efficiently.
- Positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills to interact with high-profile guests.
- Thorough attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest service.
- Ability to handle rapid change and work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving skills.
Level of Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
Work Hours:
Full-time with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Experience in Months:
Minimum of 24 months of Butler experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
