Job Summary:
The Guest Service Expert ensures a unique and memorable dining experience for guests by providing exceptional service from setting tables to serving food and beverages. This role is focused on enhancing the guest experience by offering professional, friendly, and attentive service throughout the dining process.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Set up and maintain dining tables according to company standards.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and timely.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
• Anticipate and address guests' needs, offering personalized service.
• Assist in processing payments and ensure accuracy in transactions.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
• Stock and replenish supplies, such as utensils, glassware, and napkins.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene guidelines, maintaining a clean work environment.
• Support fellow team members to achieve common service goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Experience: Less than 1 year of related experience; previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
    • Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
    • Must be able to bend, twist, and reach overhead and below the knees.
  • Other:
    • Must maintain a clean and professional appearance.
    • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
