Job Summary:
We are seeking a courteous and professional Bellman to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services by assisting with luggage, providing hotel information, and ensuring a smooth check-in experience for all guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing assistance with luggage.
- Escort guests to their rooms, explaining hotel amenities and room features.
- Provide information about the hotel's services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and handling phone calls.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs efficiently.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and problem-solving.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Physical stamina, with the ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Knowledge of local attractions and transport options.
- Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
