Job Summary:
We are seeking a courteous and professional Bellman to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services by assisting with luggage, providing hotel information, and ensuring a smooth check-in experience for all guests.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing assistance with luggage.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, explaining hotel amenities and room features.
  • Provide information about the hotel's services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
  • Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and handling phone calls.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs efficiently.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and problem-solving.

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Physical stamina, with the ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and transport options.
  • Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
