Responsibilities Guest Services: Oversee bellmen to ensure guests are greeted and escorted to their rooms following JW Marriott standards. Manage the delivery of luggage upon check-in and pick-up upon departure, maintaining timely and organized processes. Hospitality and Professionalism: Handle all guest interactions with high levels of hospitality and professionalism. Address special requests, resolve complaints, and assist with inquiries regarding hotel services, personnel, events, and directions. Team Coordination: Coordinate daily activities of the bellman team, ensuring completion of checklists, organization of storage areas, and efficient handling of group arrivals/departures. Train new team members in line with JW Marriott Brand Standards. Logistics and Maintenance: Manage logistics such as luggage delivery/retrieval, directing guests, and providing information on hotel services. Safely arrange and maintain luggage trolleys, ensuring cleanliness and proper loading habits. Standards Adherence: Enforce grooming standards and hygiene practices among the bell team. Conduct monthly hospitality audits, coordinate bellman positioning, and ensure cleanliness in front office areas. Respond positively to guest inquiries and assist with concierge duties as needed.
