Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Bell Attendant - Concierge to join the team at Jumeirah Al Naseem. In this role, you will be responsible for providing seamless guest experiences by assisting with luggage, addressing guest inquiries, and offering exceptional service. As a key representative of the property, you will ensure all guest interactions are warm, welcoming, and in line with Jumeirah’s high service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure, offering assistance with luggage and personal belongings.
- Provide guests with information, recommendations, and directions regarding property amenities, dining options, and local attractions.
- Open car doors for arriving and departing guests, ensuring a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Valet teams to escort guests to their rooms, demonstrating room facilities and features.
- Handle luggage transportation and ensure safe delivery to and from guest rooms, preventing damage or loss.
- Deliver packages, messages, newspapers, and other requested items to guest rooms, verifying guest details for accurate delivery.
- Monitor security concerns as a first point of contact for arriving guests, addressing any potential issues and ensuring guest safety.
- Assist with organizing and coordinating transportation, dining reservations, and activity bookings for guests as needed.
- Maintain excellent communication with other departments to ensure smooth guest service and immediate response to guest requests.
- Adhere to Jumeirah’s standards of service, policies, and procedures, ensuring consistent and luxurious guest experiences.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and proactively provide solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with other teams.
- Ability to handle guest luggage, including heavy lifting and navigating hotel spaces efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of security and safety procedures for guest interactions.
Level of Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Hours:
- Full-time, flexible schedule with availability for weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
Experience in Months:
- Minimum of 12 months in a similar role in hospitality or guest services.
