Job Summary:
The Bartender engages with guests, takes and serves orders, and ensures the highest quality of service aligned with Hilton brand standards.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and serve customer orders promptly.
- Create and serve a variety of beverages, including classic cocktails.
- Assist with food orders and deliveries when needed.
- Stay updated on menu content, changes, and promotions.
- Maintain a clean and well-prepared service area.
- Manage customer account settlements efficiently.
- Address guest queries in a polite and helpful manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a cocktail bar environment.
- Ability to create classic cocktails.
- Flexibility to work shifts, especially on weekends.
- Strong personal presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different work situations.
- Passion for delivering excellent guest service.
