Job Summary: As Head Sommelier at Milos, you will collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to update the wine list, order, and rotate stock. You'll recommend wine pairings for authentic dishes, ensure proper service and glassware, and create exceptional guest experiences by upselling beverages.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this Bartender position should have a minimum 1 year experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or restaurant. International experience preferred. Outgoing, confident, good communication skills with the right attitude, who is flexible and a great team player with analytical thinking, sincere and dependable. Leads by example and team player.  Dynamic, energetic, creative individual with a positive “can do” attitude. Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure. Self-motivated, committed, and passionate about F&B. Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality. Excellent communication skills and good written business English. Committed to and passionate about the Food and Beverage industry. Willing to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

As a Bartender, you'll manage bar operations, ensuring quality beverages, a clean workspace, and consistent service, while maximizing revenue and profit according to SIRO One Za’abeel standards.
