| Responsibilities | Prepares for weekly revenue meeting with reports and suggestions to maximize revenue in the outlets. Work closely with Revenue Manager and Revenue Analyst in preparing weekly forecast for Rooms ,F&B outlets and C&E Using the tools provided and in compliance with the IHG standards, maintains, updates and shares information in the areas required, rooms, F&B and C&E revenue Management Monitor competitor pricing, understand the dynamic of local market and the demand generators, and recommend appropriate actions. Implementing upselling practices to maximize revenue. Under the supervision of the Revenue Manager and Director of Revenue co-ordinate the preparation of the Departmental annual budget and work to achieve the budget by monitoring and controlling the departmental operations, considering revenue and expenditure. On an ongoing basis, control and analyze revenue trends to ensure performance against budget/market trends; implementing corrective measures where necessary to produce positive business results Effectively manage staffing costs by preparing efficient work schedules in line with legal requirements Support and share information with team members. Complete assigned tasks as directed with accuracy and on time. Asks questions to support decision making and personal growth. Responds to feedback and seeks ways to improve service and performance. Adapts readily to changing priorities and work demands. Understands the key profit drivers for department. |

McGettigan's Irish Pub, located at Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park hotel, is looking for a passionate and guest service oriented Bartender to join our extraordinary team! Ideally located in the heart of Dubai Science Park, in the most sought after residential area of Dubai. Minutes away from mega malls, magnificent Jumeirah Beaches, world’s leading tourist attractions and Parks, autodrome and over 5 championship golf courses. The Holiday Inn & Suites at Dubai Science Park includes 240 hotel rooms and suites and 84 one-bedroom apartments, anchor F&B offerings and an extensive 1026sqm cutting-edge meeting and events facilities.
Job Summary:
Requirements:
- Ideally, you have 1-2 years of similar or relative experience as a Bartender, preferably in pub environments
- Excellent English communication skills and well-versed in hotel systems.
- Amenable for working rotating shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Create a warm and welcoming experience for every guest.
- Prepare and serve drinks to high standards, promoting specials.
- Manage the bar, including stock, inventory, and cleanliness.
- Handle cash and credit transactions.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff for seamless food service.
Required Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills and well-versed in hotel systems.
