Job Summary:

Support the Director of Marketing by assisting with the execution of Marketing, PR, and Social Media initiatives. Manage multiple projects and ensure proper coordination between internal teams, clients, and guests to deliver excellent customer service.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing marketing and communication strategies, including PR plans for the hotel.
  • Maintain internal and external customer-related sites, manage social media, and ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Coordinate media relations, handle media inquiries, and respond to guest reviews on platforms like TripAdvisor.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement SEO, social media content, and online advertising.
  • Assist in creating newsletters, developing promotional content, and supporting photography and video production for hotel events.
  • Monitor online platforms to ensure correct information and maintain the hotel’s positive online presence.
  • Provide support for email marketing and digital platforms to drive incremental revenue.
  • Analyze digital performance using tools like Google Analytics and report trends to management.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: None required.
  • License or Certification: None required.
