Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of bar operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with hotel standards.
• Set up and stock the bar with necessary supplies, ensuring a smooth service flow.
• Engage with guests, recommend drinks, and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and glassware.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a hygienic and safe work environment.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and order supplies as needed to prevent shortages.
• Apply upselling techniques to promote beverages and maximize revenue.
• Create innovative cocktails and drink specials, contributing to the menu development.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, resolving any issues promptly.
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service across all areas.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of wines, liquors, cocktails, and drink preparation techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in English, with additional languages being an advantage.

Level of Education:

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or related field.

Work Hours:

• Full-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience in Months:

• Minimum of 12 months in bar operations.
