Job Summary:      Looking for a Barista in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, cold brews as well as specialty coffees
• Ensure quality and consistency of all beverages by following recipes and brewing techniques
• Maintain cleanness in the working area
• Handle customers in a friendly and professional manner, while taking their orders and answering any questions they may have about our coffee offerings
• Offer personalized recommendations to customers based on their preferences and taste profiles
• Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, grinders as well as other tools
• Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

• The applicant must have relevant qualifications with at least 1 year of experience working as a barista
• Knowledge of different coffee beans, brewing methods as well as latte art techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
