Job Summary:      Looking for an Assistant Storekeeper in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Offer administrative support in the store area
  • Ensure overall cleanliness of the store room
  • Make sure ordered goods leave on time and based on the schedule
  • Collect, store and issue supplies and compile records of supply transactions
  • Assist with inventory management
  • Conduct general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing as well as filing
  • Make sure supplies received are listed on requisitions and invoices
  • Oversee the offloading and dispatch of goods
  • Perform any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Should hold a Degree/Diploma in any business related course
  • At least 2 or more years of experience handling store activities
  • Good organization and planning skills
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Must be computer literate
  • Ability to effectively manage time
  • Female candidates are required
  • Tagalog Speakers are preferred
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must be ready start immediately
