Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Store Assistant to support our inventory management and stock handling operations. You will be responsible for assisting with the receipt, organization, and dispatch of stock, while maintaining accurate records and providing customer support as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming stock deliveries.
• Conduct regular inventory counts, report discrepancies, and help maintain proper stock levels.
• Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy in type and quantity.
• Support loading and unloading of deliveries, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the storage area.
• Update and maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Assist customers with inquiries about stock availability and product details.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies for inventory management and handling.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and stock counts.
• Good mathematical skills for inventory management.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations for storage and handling.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry suppliers and products is a plus.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
