Responsibilities | Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and execute leisure sales strategies. Ensure seamless coordination within the team and achieve sales goals. Support onboarding and training of new team members by sharing knowledge and best practices. Maintain clear communication within the sales team and with other departments. Foster a positive and motivating team environment, recognizing achievements and addressing challenges. Build and maintain strong relationships with leisure clients, travel agents, and tour operators. Design and propose tailored packages for high-end clients, staying informed on market trends. Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and familiarization tours to showcase resort offerings. Ensure sales team meets service standards, addresses client feedback, and resolves issues effectively. Support leisure sales targets and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and lead management. Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Prepare and execute seasonal promotions, assess effectiveness, and suggest improvements. Implement sales strategies aligned with resort objectives and adapt tactics to market changes. Prepare competitive tenders for new business, ensuring accuracy and integrity in all sales activities. Promote sustainability and responsible business practices within the leisure sales function. Ensure compliance with regulations, health, safety, and sustainability policies. |

- Minimum 1-2 years proactive sales experience in leisure sales division in a hotel handling European source markets, preferably medium to large leisure-focus hotel or alternatively similar brand or leading beach resort.
- Must be able to travel in Europe freely.
- UAE experience essential.
- Knowledge of Opera is highly advantageous
- Excellent English written and spoken, another European language is advantageous
- Hybrid position between Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah
