Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are searching for a reliable, innovative Assistant Restaurant Manager to supervise operations at our Godiva Cafe.

What you will be doing:

• Opening and closing the Cafe.
• Appointing, inducting, and mentoring new staff members.
• Scheduling shifts and assigning tables to Godiva Team.
• Resolving guest' questions in a professional manner.
• Conducting payroll activities in an accurate, timely manner.
• Ensuring that the Cafe adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations.
• Recording all income and expenses and ensuring that cash registers are balanced.

  Your experience and skills include:

• Previous supervisory experience, preferably within a Lobby Cafes and restaurants.
• Strong leadership skills with an affinity for capacity development.
• Excellent conflict resolution abilities.
• Innovative, trustworthy, and impartial.
• Knowledge of Russian and/or Turkish languages
