Job Summary:

Assist in managing daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, staff training, and adherence to budget and standards.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with menu planning, maintain sanitation standards, and supervise restaurant, bar, and room service operations.
  • Ensure guest and associate satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.
  • Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring work tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Train staff on core values, responsibilities, and service aspects, and motivate them to perform at their best.
  • Coordinate with other departments for efficient operations and assist management in setting goals and performance expectations.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, handle guest complaints, and manage inventory and purchase orders.
  • Oversee daily reports, staff scheduling, and ensure completion of checklists and online training.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED; 4 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related field; or a 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years of experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and coordination abilities.
