Job Summary:
Ensure a collaborative team environment to deliver exceptional guest service. Oversee staff grooming and attire, manage opening and closing duties, and maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and storage areas.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team to ensure guest needs are met.
- Inspect staff grooming and attire for compliance.
- Complete opening and closing duties, including setup and cleaning.
- Monitor dining rooms for guest service and safety.
- Conduct scheduled inventories and requisition supplies.
- Assist management in hiring, training, and evaluating employees.
- Report safety issues and complete necessary training.
- Develop positive working relationships within the team.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience and 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks throughout the shift.
