Job Summary:

Ensure a collaborative team environment to deliver exceptional guest service. Oversee staff grooming and attire, manage opening and closing duties, and maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and storage areas.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise team to ensure guest needs are met.
  • Inspect staff grooming and attire for compliance.
  • Complete opening and closing duties, including setup and cleaning.
  • Monitor dining rooms for guest service and safety.
  • Conduct scheduled inventories and requisition supplies.
  • Assist management in hiring, training, and evaluating employees.
  • Report safety issues and complete necessary training.
  • Develop positive working relationships within the team.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience and 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks throughout the shift.
