Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Assistant Outlet Manager to assist in the daily operations of our Food & Beverage outlets. You will be responsible for managing both front and back-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences while achieving financial targets. The role requires effective team leadership, consistent service improvement, and operational excellence.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare employee schedules based on operational forecasts, ensuring adequate staffing at all times.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to maintain service consistency and develop staff skills.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support.
  • Oversee the timely setup of outlets according to meal settings and operating hours.
  • Ensure high standards for welcoming and seating guests, guaranteeing an excellent hospitality experience.
  • Maintain strong relationships with patrons to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular walkthroughs of outlets to ensure cleanliness, service quality, and maintenance standards.
  • Provide recommendations for F&B service enhancements based on guest feedback and industry trends.
  • Manage and grow the database of regular guests for targeted marketing and personalized service.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Front Office teams for successful promotional activities.
  • Identify and implement revenue generation opportunities within the outlets.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all service areas.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and take immediate corrective action when needed.
  • Assist in inventory management, procurement, and cost control to meet financial goals.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or related field.
  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations, with advanced knowledge of beverages.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, POS systems, and Windows; knowledge of Micros is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising staff.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and handle pressure effectively.
  • Solid understanding of F&B trends, customer preferences, and service best practices.
  • Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction and meet financial performance targets.
  • Well-presented with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
