Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager, Supply Chain Administration, will support the supply chain team by managing systems, processes, and data for effective procurement and service delivery. This role focuses on process improvement, data management, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) to streamline supply chain activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and managing supply chain systems and processes for efficient service to stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy within ERP systems and maintain relevant libraries and tables.
  • Implement and support process improvements for procurement workflows, quality assurance, and contract management.
  • Oversee procurement scheduling, tracking, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date information and KPIs for supply chain performance metrics.
  • Support system mapping, modification, and alignment with organizational policies.
  • Conduct data analysis to support cost-efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Train team members on ERP and supply chain management systems.

 

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (JDE, Coupa) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) principles and data management best practices.
  • Experience with ISO and audit standards is a plus.

 

Level of Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Hours:

  • Full-time, with flexibility for project deadlines.

Experience in Months:

  • Minimum 24 months in a similar role within supply chain administration or process management.
