Responsibilities Do you have a passion for sales? Do you love exceeding targets and pursuing new and exciting business opportunities? Then our sales division is awaiting your application today! As an Assistant Manager, Sales – UK, you will be responsible for Atlantis the Palm and Atlantis the Royal, and will support the Director, Account Director, and Sales Manager to manage existing accounts and develop new business for Atlantis Dubai, whilst also being responsible for growing and maintaining share of inbound leisure markets from assigned account base. You will manage a portfolio of existing accounts and develop new business for the resorts from the international leisure markets, and assist in site inspections, FAM trips and the creation of running orders as and when required for Atlantis the Palm and Atlantis the Royal. You will develop relationships with international tour operators and local DMCs and take an entrepreneurial approach to dynamically leverage trade partnerships and be fully updated with all related sales data and sales action plans, keeping in mind budget expectations, cost of sale and ROI analysis. You will also represent Atlantis the Palm and Atlantis the Royal at international trade shows when required and assist by sending the tour operators communications to the contracted and non-contracted partners as per the requirements and be responsible for.

Job Summary:

Requirements:

The successful Assistant Manager, Sales – UK will have at least 1-2 year’s’ experience in a similar role, working with the UK markets, and have worked in a 5* resort/hotel in the sales department. You will also have excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, and ideally be fluent in a European language.

 

You will also possess a flair for sales, holding a passion to increase all sales opportunities whilst applying your strong negotiation skills complemented by your ability to develop and build rapport with prospective clients.
