Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager, Marketing - Food & Beverage (F&B), will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager in executing all marketing activities related to the F&B outlets and resort projects. This role involves supporting marketing strategies, maintaining brand standards, driving promotional initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance visibility across digital, social, and traditional marketing channels. You will contribute to increasing restaurant revenues and overall guest engagement through innovative marketing campaigns.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of F&B marketing strategies aligned with brand positioning.
  • Collaborate closely with the F&B operations team to support promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage dining promotions, third-party initiatives, and special events to drive guest engagement and revenue.
  • Oversee the creation and management of hotel collateral, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Support social media team by optimizing restaurant pages and driving content visibility across digital platforms.
  • Coordinate internal photoshoots for F&B outlets, ensuring high-quality content creation for promotional use.
  • Analyze market trends in Dubai and the UAE, and apply insights to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Work with CRM, digital, and social media teams to execute promotional plans and meet revenue targets.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of all marketing initiatives.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance promotional reach.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand standards and identity across all marketing materials.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in F&B marketing, preferably within the UAE or Dubai market.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with strong presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and marketing tools; experience with digital and social media platforms is essential.
  • Familiarity with current trends in the F&B industry and a passion for marketing.
  • Creative self-starter with the ability to take initiative, solve problems, and lead teams.
  • Degree in marketing is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and overcome challenges.
