Strategic Planning: Collaborating with the Director of F&B Marketing and Director of F&B Operations to develop annual communication plans focused on Jumeirah's brand pillars and unique restaurant concepts. Content Creation: Lead the creation of any content needed for the restaurants including menus, promotional collateral, social content etc. Influencer Management: Managing media and influencer experiences, guaranteeing exceptional quality and positive impact. Creative Promotion: Proposing innovative promotional strategies to differentiate restaurants and drive external footfall. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with F&B Operations to ensure seamless integration and ensure timely execution of annual plans. Agency Liaison: Daily coordination with external PR, social media, and media buying agencies, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Performance Measurement: Supporting the Director of F&B Marketing in assessing the impact and ROI of key restaurant campaigns through monthly reporting. Crisis Management: Assisting the corporate office in handling restaurant-related issues to safeguard the restaurants' and brand's reputation in media and social channels. Social Media Strategy: Supporting content strategies on social media platforms, amplifying hosted media content across social channels. Team Development: Coaching and mentoring marketing executive at property level to enhance their skills and support F&B marketing activities. Budget Management: Managing budgets and conducting ROI analysis for all restaurant campaigns, ensuring optimal resource utilization. |
