What you will be doing:

 

Assist the Front Office Manager in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed

Provides managerial support for Reception, Royal Service, Guest Services in the daily operational duties for these areas

Communicate through pre-shift logs, emails, and departmental meetings all pertinent information for the respective shift and areas of operation

Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way

Your experience and skills include:

 

Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system

Highly organized, results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure

Communicate thoughts, actions, and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills

Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture, and set the scene for high performance
