Responsibilities Support the Talent Acquisition function in coordinating and managing recruitment and selection activities for all hires, internal transfers and changes Ensure that the job advertisement is posted in an effective, clear and appealing manner and is well documented Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. talent management system, social platforms, and professional networks) Keep abreast of latest recruitment sources and channels for reaching out the targeted talents with advancements of technology, platforms, and vendors supporting the continuous improvement and development of the Talent Acquisition function Provide administrative support, report consolidation and candidate engagement activities and programs Collect data and prepare HR reports as required Perform other HR duties and special projects

As Talent & Culture Executive, we rely on you to:  

  • Support the Talent Acquisition function in coordinating and managing recruitment and selection activities for all hires, internal transfers and changes
  • Ensure that the job advertisement is posted in an effective, clear and appealing manner and is well documented
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. talent management system, social platforms, and professional networks)
  • Keep abreast of latest recruitment sources and channels for reaching out the targeted talents with advancements of technology, platforms, and vendors supporting the continuous improvement and development of the Talent Acquisition function
  • Provide administrative support, report consolidation and candidate engagement activities and programs
  • Collect data and prepare HR reports as required

We are looking for someone who: 

  • Has a degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Has excellent communication skills, oral and written
  • Is updated with latest trends in social media
  • Is Technology savvy
  • Has a structured approach, analytical reasoning
  • Has high attention to detail
  • Is a team player and ability to multitask
  • Is knowledgeable with UAE Labor law
