Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Front Office Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, and handling all cashiering transactions. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to meet guests' specific needs throughout their stay, offering personalized service and solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth and efficient check-ins and check-outs for all guests.
  • Handle all cashiering transactions promptly and accurately, ensuring proper reconciliation at the end of each shift.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Address guest requests, concerns, and special needs in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage room reservations and coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in handling guest complaints and resolving any issues to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate guest records, ensuring all information is correctly logged and processed in the system.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for night audits and daily reporting.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Assist in upselling hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Stay updated on hotel policies, events, and promotions to provide informed recommendations to guests.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and service excellence.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Agent, Receptionist, or Guest Service Agent in a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Familiarity with hotel reservation systems such as Opera or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, Chinese, French, Spanish, Italian, or German are highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering personalized service to guests.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused attitude.

 

Level of Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

 

Work Hours:
Full-time, rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

 

Experience in Months:
Minimum of 24 months of experience in Front Office or a similar guest-facing role.
