About The Role
Are you passionate about hospitality industry giving a unique guest experience? Are you able to multi-task without compromising quality? If you possess these skills, we have the perfect job for you at Atlantis Dubai.
As an Agent Reservations you will be responsible for handling all reservation inquiries efficiently while exhibiting interest, enthusiasm and professional image at all times. Generate and optimize revenue by effectively following the set selling strategies through revenue management. Practice and promote the desired work culture around the four core values.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience with Reservations OR significant experience of working in contact center OR significant Customer Service experience (1 year or more). Previous sales experience is preferred. Impeccable personal presentation, patient when dealing with guests, always maintaining a positive attitude, paying attention to details, and being passionate about customer service are essential. Computer literacy and Opera systems are imperative, and fluency in English is a must. Due to our guest’s demographics, we are preferably looking for either Russian, Arabic, Chinese, or French fluent speakers.
