Job Summary:

As an Agent, Airport Services, you will be the primary point of contact for guests arriving at the airport, ensuring their needs are met with warmth and professionalism. Your role is crucial in creating memorable experiences and maintaining efficient communication between guests and internal departments.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests at the airport, providing personalized service and ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
  • Manage guest inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements and assist with luggage handling as needed.
  • Maintain open communication with internal departments to relay guest information and operational updates.
  • Train and guide new team members on airport service protocols and customer service standards.
  • Monitor guest flow and adjust services to meet changing demands, ensuring optimal guest satisfaction.
  • Collect guest feedback and report on service quality to identify areas for improvement.
  • Uphold all airport safety and security regulations while assisting guests.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in airport services, customer service, or hospitality roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing outstanding guest experiences.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and other relevant technologies.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic, Chinese, Italian, Spanish, French, or German are highly desirable.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

 

Level of Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus.

Work Hours:

  • Full-time position, including weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts based on operational needs.

Experience in Months:

  • Minimum of 24 months in a similar role or related customer service position.
