Job Summary:      Looking for experienced and talented Administrator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:               

  • Manage office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Oversee administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Develop and update records, databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Manage agendas, travel arrangements, appointments etc. for the upper management
  • Monitor stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Present timely reports and prepare presentations or proposals as assigned
  • Handle phone calls and correspondence ie e-mail, letters, packages etc

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • The ideal candidate for Admin must have relevant qualifications for this role
  • Practical experience in the same or similar role is required for the right candidate
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Good organizational and leadership skills
  • The applicant should have knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
