Job Summary:      Looking for Administrative Receptionist in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

 

Job Key Details

  • Respond to incoming telephone calls and take messages
  • Manage outgoing documents and parcels
  • Maintain the reception area tidy and clean at all times
  • Obtain and share mail accordingly
  • Oversee the cleaners to maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in the office area
  • Arrange office meetings

 

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline
  • At least one to two years of experience in the same or similar role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Ms Office suite with a good typing speed
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask with good interpersonal skills
  • Should be good looking with an outgoing personality
