Job Summary:      Looking for an Administrative Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Ensure proper maintenance of the company offices, supplies as well as equipment
  • Keep up a good filing system for the company documents
  • Maintain client database including details of deals, payments as well as contracts
  • Welcome visitors and handle all telephone calls
  • Assist in preparing transaction and contractual documents
  • Manage the petty cash
  • Manage all office correspondence

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in a Business related field
  • The ideal candidate must have related UAE experience in a real estate company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent prioritization and administrative skills
  • Should be able to meet pressing deadlines
  • Good Ms Office knowledge required
  • Good skills in drafting email and letters
